*New Update* Number 6 is another Creepypasta, let me know what you think!

Now, guidelines are kind of rough, we'll see what comes up:

1: No smut. Not now, maybe later though if this takes off ;) (Wink)

2: I can't do many voices or accents beyond my own, please be gentle.

3: Nothing is true, everything is permitted. Well, sort of, see number 1.

Apart from that? Go for it. Fiction, song lyrics, even random words, give me something fun to read!

Let me know in the comments, or even Note me suggestions if you want it to be a surprise to other people out there.

If you're reading this, you're bored. That, or uncomfortably interested in who I am...

Long story short, ask me, I like telling people stories, and my own is quite a good one (if you're into comic tragedies and occasional deviations into Monty Python).

I'm no angel, but I keep the wings, just in case :floating:

But of course, even if it wasn't common courtesy I'd still be keeping an eye on you because you're the one keeping an eye on Matt :floating:

Glad to see you're back! How was it?

(three weeks late, I'm sorry. Life has been unbelievably busy.)

You have no idea. So much went on that it'd take hours to tell you everything. Just take a look at the photos and ask any questions you want, there's hundreds of stories :floating:

Been a while since I've talked to you. How's life been treating you, Nick?

A little rough, actually. But! Great joys on the horizon. I've been working, scrimping, slaving and putting money aside for well over a year, and it all pays off at the end of this month. I'm going back to Africa for four weeks.

There will be photos galore appearing here on my page, of my adventures while on safari, visiting the home towns of different relatives, going through my Bucket List entries (zip-lining through 30 meter high trees, cage diving with great white sharks and hopefully even abseiling off Table Mountain. With these three out the way, all I need to do is go sky diving, travel to Iceland to see some of the sights there, and a few other little things to have ticked off my List completely).

Of course, all the work I'm having to do to get this thing done is kind of killing all my other hobbies. My art is suffering, my internet time is already trimmed to a minimum, and if it weren't for being able to just relax with my friends and family I might have gone insane months ago.

But hey, nobody wants to hear about the boring bits of my life. What about you, young'n? What adventures have you been up to/are you planning?

Dude, that sounds epic awesome! I imagine working to to save up that much must've take considerable effort, but the reward will definitely make it all worth while! I can't wait to see pictures of your journey! And I hope you have a blast!

It does seem time can be a bit of a rarity these days, and work has been the reason why for me as well. Some days I can go hours at a time without touching a computer. Friends definitely do help keeping me sane though :D

As for me? Not too much has been up in my life, mostly just work, drawing, and chatting with friends. I have been trying to take up bicycling, but the weather here doesn't want me to - I think last week it hit a high of 46 Celsius, and it's been hovering around 35-40C on most days this summer.

Beyond that, I may be visiting Germany next year. I'm not entirely sure yet - it mostly depends on how schedules sync up, so it'll probably be a few months before I know if the trip would be possible or not. Still, I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Also, I love the quotes in your sig! Firefly still is one of my all time favorite shows! I especially loved Book - his subtle sense of humor was the best!

Sprechen sie Deutshe, mein herr? You'll like Germany, mostly, it's got some great places, but the ones I've been too have been too close to the border to count (the Alps, I hiked across them from Arolla in France, through Italy and into Germany, then back to Zermat in full Swiss territory).

And Firefly will always have a special place in my heart. I confess I cried quiet tears of joy when I found out that the movie was happening, then manly tears of sorrow when I saw what happened in it... (Wash... why him?! Whedon? Why him?!!)

Anyway, it's just tough for now. Hopefully when I'm back from the holiday (and over the jet lag from the 12 hour flights) things will start to even out and I can use money again. Yeh young'ns don' know how good y'got it goin' fer yeh [/old man voice] :floating:

Pretty much my reaction to it, too, but I couldn't have imagined a better move for them to make after the whole thing hit the fan :iconwesayplz:

Wait... didn't I imagine it? I think I told you that this would have been the best idea the subject came up... and now it's happened! I'm a prophet!!

Got a question, what font do you recommend for editorial notes on a comic?

You want something easily legible, probably sans-serif, a lot of people go with the slightly-cartoony ones to make thigns seem a little fun. If it was me... I'd browse through the archive on this site here: [link] and pick one that matched the overall mood of the comic. Right off the bat I like Bottle Rocket, although a more fantasy oriented one might have Dragon Bones. Like I say, depends on which style you're going for.

Just remember that, unlike the main comic, the text for your editorial has to be clear and easy to scan the eyes over for the main points, not make people's eyes hurt after a few sentences.

I used to use Anime Ace for the scanlations, I picked up Wild Words recently.

I used Lucida for the editorial notes, see [link] -- but not sure if I should use it in the future.
