Alright people, I'm kind of excited about this one!

This is the Seraphim Retreat, a secret house where weary Guardian Transcendants can go to take a well-deserved holiday. I can't tell you where it is (secret, ne?), but I can... let you come with me ^^

Nick Evans is offering tickets to travel, no charge, to the Retreat. All are welcome, but as you can see it's not such a huge place that we can take the whole of DA (not that I think the whole of DA is going to want to come...)

Anyway, this is the deal:

Your character, drawn by me, will appear in this piece. I won't be re-submitting it when it's done, only update this picture. I keep a running tally, and link, in my journal of who is there, and also post the full-res version of the character when you're happy with the pic (I wouldn't post just any old rubbish, you have to okay the drawing first :floating: )

Just sign yourself up by Note, and I'll put you in, if I can draw worth a damn... Each person gets notified when pics are done and when the character has appeared in the Retreat. And don't forget to stop back in here once in a while to see who else has gone to the Retreat too.

The pic: Is from a photo I saw a few days ago, I sketched it from memory but left out the waving people standing in the shot on the right ^^

Time taken; about ten minutes to sketch and scan, then an hour to colour, but over three hours to clean up the sketch because it was *massive* when I first drew it.

Materials; pathetic-supermarket-bought tech pencil (standard work issue) on A3 copier paper, Photoshop CS3 and mouse.

That's all from me for now, I hope people sign up :floating:

Awesome job boyo. Nice to see you actually decided to get it up........*sniggers*. Looking forward to seeing it slowly filling up. You can stick something in for me if you want.......man i really need to slow up on these innuendos or i'll rupture something. ^^;

I don't know why Green Day's 'Holiday' keeps running through my head as I look at this picture...:D Anyways, excellent perspective! I'd like to make a reservation, but I don't really have a character who would fit...:XD:

If you don't mind non-transcendants, could you add Miyoko please? In whichever guise you want to draw her in, SDL, Naruto or Unknown. Take whatever liberties you like with her character design! :D
